SHIPPING & RETURNS
FAST SHIPPING - All Orders are Shipped within 24 Hours*** and are often shipped the same day you order. Orders placed in the evenings will be posted the following day ***. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday.
Postage is calculated at check-out prior to paying. Postage within Australia will vary depending on weight and speed of delivery. We use Australia Post for shipping so our customers in regional and remote locations and those who have PO Box addresses can shop with confidence. You can select either Australia Post Express or Australia Post Standard shipping.
International postage varies depending on country. All postage costs can be seen at the check out before you pay for your order. For our overseas customers please note - it is your responsibility to ensure the products you order are allowed into your country. Oz Fur Kids will not be held liable for any products you order being confiscated by customs. Oz Fur Kids will also not be liable for any import taxes or additional costs your country may require you to pay.
Returns and Exchanges
PLEASE NOTE: Do to the nature of our business we do not give refunds for change of mind purchases or because you simply didnt end up using something you purchased. We will asses credits on a case by case basis. Certain products are not eligable for refund or exchnge due to hygiene, handling or storage requirements.
Refunds or Credits will be given at the discretion of Oz Fur Kids. Some perishable products including, but not limited to liquids like calcium and powders such as puppy milk & products that have been opened and pose a hygeine risk are not able to be returned. Please contact us to request a return within 21 days of the order purchase date. Oz Fur Kids reserves the right to authorise or decline returns. Goods authorised for return must be returned within 15 working days of authorisation. They must be in their original packaging and must be fit for re-sale. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error by us. Once we have received the item/s we will inspect for odour, damage or soiling. If the item is returned in a timely manner and deemed able to be resold we will issue at our discretion a credit or a refund. If the item is deemed not able to be resold we will notify you that we are not able to credit or refund and you will have 14 days from date of notification to arrange shipping of the product back to yourself or it will be disposed of or donated to a rescue group at our discretion.
Items sent by Oz Fur Kids in error (different to that which was ordered) or items faulty at receipt (proof required) will be replaced at our cost. We reserve the right to request the incorrect or faulty item be sent back to us. Oz Fur Kids must be notified within 21 days of purchase of an incorrectly received a faulty item. Oz Fur Kids reserves the right to inspect items claimed to be faulty and determine if a refund or replacement should be provided. Incorrectly received items must be unopened and in original packging to receive a replacement.
Order Cancellations
There is a 10% charge for domestic order cancellations and a 15% charge for international order cancellations. This covers our refund fees incurred. The percentage is calculated on the total order including shipping. If the order has been shipped we cannot cancel it.
